30 minutes, no fee
We listen to the question, ask what has already been tried, and tell you whether we are the right fit.

Scoping memo
1 week
One page: the question, what is in and out of scope, who decides, the dates and the fee.

4 to 12 weeks
Weekly working sessions with your team. Decisions are written down as they are made.

Handover and 90-day check-in
Half a day, then 3 months later
