Every engagement follows the same four phases. You always know what happens next, what it costs, and when you can stop.

Discovery call
30 minutes, no fee
We listen to the question, ask what has already been tried, and tell you whether we are the right fit.

Scoping memo
1 week
One page: the question, what is in and out of scope, who decides, the dates and the fee. We read it together before anything starts.

Engagement
4 to 12 weeks
Weekly working sessions with your team. Decisions are written down as they are made, not reconstructed at the end.

Handover and 90-day check-in
Half a day, then 3 months later
We leave behind the routines, the documents and the people who can run them. Then we come back to see what stuck.

Four commitments we put in writing
Senior people only
The partners you meet on the first call are the people who do the work. There is no second team.
Fees by phase
Each phase has a fixed fee agreed in advance. You can stop at the end of any phase.
Your documents, your systems
We work in your tools and leave the files with you. Nothing lives on our side that you cannot see.
We say no
If the question is better answered by hiring, waiting or deciding, we say so on the first call.

Before you get in touch
How quickly can an engagement start?
Usually within two to three weeks of the scoping memo being agreed. Discovery calls are typically available within a few days.
Do you work with companies outside your region?
Yes. Most of the work happens in weekly video sessions, with on-site days for key workshops where it helps.
What happens if we want to stop halfway?
You can stop at the end of any phase. You pay for the phases completed and keep everything produced so far.
Do you implement, or only advise?
We work alongside your team until the new routine has run at least twice. We do not become a permanent part of the team.
