Three dashboards every operator needs, and none of the others
If your weekly review needs more than three views, the problem is the review, not the data.

Every operating business we have worked with runs on three questions: how much cash do we have and when does it move, how much of our capacity is spoken for, and what have we promised that we have not yet delivered.
Each question deserves one view, refreshed weekly by the person who owns it. Anything else belongs in a monthly pack or in the system of record.
What to remove
Vanity charts, anything with more than two colours, and every metric that nobody has acted on in the last quarter.
