The honest review

Three months is long enough for new habits to either hold or quietly collapse. We ask what changed, what reverted, and what we got wrong.

What we do with it

Where something reverted, we help the team restart it, usually in a lighter form. Where we got it wrong, we say so and adjust how we work next time.
